About the Role:
As a professional care assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. Your support will encompass personal care and household tasks, bringing comfort, companionship, and dignity to those in need. Skills/Experience:
- No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive induction training is provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to embrace learning opportunities.
- Dependability and a flexible approach to work.
- Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Job Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £11.55 – £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day. (Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above starting at £12.50 p/h)
- Flexible shifts to accommodate other commitments.
- Mileage: 40p per mile.

We prioritise minimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.
Shift Patterns:
- Afternoon Shift: 2 pm -10 pm or 4 pm – 10 pm
- Alternative Weekends One-on-One Off
